Traineeships are designed to prepare you for an employment through a combination of work and study. You will gain invaluable work experience in a real work setting, improve your English and maths skills and gain extra qualifications. This Traineeship gives you real options and purpose to move into a career and get you earning. Ideally suited for individuals with little or NO work experience.

Our Customer Service /Administration Traineeship Programme:

● Provides you with a quality work placement with a real employer, with practical, valuable work

● Boosts your confidence and update your CV. A blend between classroom & virtual learning

● Support with progression into employment and work preparation workshops

● Achieve a national recognised qualification and functional skills if needed

● Provide you with the skills and knowledge to work with a local reputable business

What qualifications will I get?

Level 1

Eligibility?

16-24 years not currently employed or in education. Qualified up to level 3. Little or no work experience

How will we support you?

• Boost your confidence and update your CV with sector specific care skills

• Support with progression into employment in the Care sector

• Achieve a national recognised qualification

• Understand the range of service provision and roles within health and social care (adults and children and young people), early years and childcare              

• Understand the principles and values in health and social care (adults and children and young people), early years and childcare          

• Awareness of protection and safeguarding in health and social care (adults and children and young people), early years and childcare

When does the course start?

Course Starts: Monday 5th October – till Friday 16th October (Mon – Fri 10 days)

Where is the course based?

Wirral Change, St Lawrence Street, Birkenhead, CH41 3JD

What qualifications will I get?

Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings

Eligibility?

19+ years not currently employed or in education

In receipt of benefit

Traineeship candidates will be paid an allowance (reimbursement for travel).
