The Primary Care Mental Health Service from Inclusion Matters was commissioned by Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group to support people with common mental health problems.
Local people will now have access to FREE information, guided self-help, talking therapies, bereavement counselling, online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and drop in support.
The aim of the service is to provide people with the help they need – when and where they need it – in convenient locations within easy reach of where they live or work.
As mental wellbeing doesn’t work in isolation from other aspects of daily life, the new service will also work in partnership with Wirral Citizens Advice Bureau to help people overcome debt, benefit and housing issues.
