Wirral Community NHS Trust will be bringing their Prostate Cancer Nurse Service stall to Victoria Central Health Centre and St. Cath’s this week.
The Trust will be offering advice for people who care for or are living with prostate cancer, explaining why the service was developed and what the service provides.
The service will also be talking about their holistic needs assessment, how they are performed and why it should be offered to cancer patients and the benefits it produces.
The Prostate Cancer Nurse Service stall will be at St. Catherine’s Health Centre today until 1pm and Victoria Central Health Centre on Thursday 9th July, 10am-1pm.
The service supports men living with prostate cancer, during and after treatment to deal with physical, emotional and practical impacts it has on their day-to-day life.
