If Glastonbury is your kind of thing, then make sure you head to New Brighton on 11th July for the Astral Coast Festival.
Organised by The Open Door Centre and Creative Roots, the festival is headlined by the hottest bands Cavalry, She Drew The Gun, and Shellsuit who, along with many others, will bring a day of top music to the Wirral coastline.
Other highlights will include Knack’s ‘The Big House Arts Program’, roaming pirate minstrels, improvised comedy, poetry, Liverpool Live TV, the Merseyrail Sound Station, Vox at The Light Community Choir, and the first ever Astral Coast Chess Olympiad!
And if that wasn’t enough there is also the Arts and Minds Wellbeing Village providing free creative wellbeing workshops, stalls from Community Soul, Hope Place Coffee Shop, Spider Project, and much much more!
So make sure you don’t miss this festival that Merseysound, no less, said made Glastonbury superfluous!
