Everpress platform offers cost-effective route to creating custom clothing

0

Everpress uses the model to let charities and other nonprofit organisations design and launch their own clothing for and campaigns with no upfront costs.

Charities can upload their custom designs and create a campaign for free, control the look and feel of their store, and access live sales data during the campaign. Once a campaign has been created, it can be shared through social media with orders collected for a predefined period. The charity is charged nothing, and no items are produced until the minimum number of orders required for a campaign to become profit-making has been reached.

The minimum order requirement for this to happen is five, and all materials used in the clothing produced are ethically produced. Under the Everpress system, charities keep all the profits, while Everpress handles the selling process from payment to print and shipping once the campaign has ended.

A number of charities and nonprofit organisations have already used the platform, including Musicians without Borders, and the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which raised over £3,800 in a three-week period with its first campaign, and launched its second campaign in December.
