The Trustees of The Foundation Years Trust are looking for someone to manage and be the local face of the Birkenhead Foundation Years Project. Our project is completing a pilot phase and begins three years of an externally evaluated programme in 2016. We are seeking someone with proven project management ability and successful experience of managing projects and budgets to see the Birkenhead project through this ambitious stage of its development.
The individual we appoint will have good communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong organisational abilities. Our Local Director will need to coordinate and strengthen the different strands of the project’s delivery and must be committed to and able to inspire others in the crucial role of the “foundation years” in improving the life chances of poorer children.
Salary: £38,405
