Healthy Wirral are looking to find out just what is going on in our local communities and feel that the Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector are the best people to ask!
This information will help inform the work of Healthy Wirral in the future.
The Healthy Wirral Asset Mapping Grant Fund is open to applications from groups to conduct asset maps for the community in which they work. Up to £3000 is available per ward and groups are encouraged to work in partnership with other organisations to either work together or to increase the number of wards they can help with. This fund will also be accepting applications from individuals, providing that they work with a group who will act as the accountable body for the funds.
