Carers Connections are pleased to announce the launch of a new Support Group for Former Carers – New Connections. The aim of the group is to give support, advice and guidance to Former Carers and give them an opportunity to make new friends and learn new skills.
A light lunch will be provided and fun activities will be arranged.
The first meeting will be held on:
