The Youth Federation Mapping Exercise
Please could you spare 10 minutes to complete this short questionnaire? It will help us to map out youth, and mental health and wellbeing provision across Cheshire, Halton, Warrington, and Wirral.
The Youth Federation have commissioned the Faculty of Education and Children’s Services, University of Chester to complete a mapping exercise. The aim of the study is to gain a deeper insight into enhancing health, and social and personal wellbeing in young people across the service delivery areas named above. As part of this collaborative mapping exercise, we are inviting you to complete a questionnaire about your organisation. We hope to share the findings, with partners and colleagues, at a networking event scheduled for autumn 2016.
There are three pages of questions and the questionnaire should take about 10 minutes to complete. If you are willing to help us, please follow the link to the consent form and the short questionnaire that follows.
