Writing on the Wall’s Innovative Online Write to Work Course Applications Now Open

WoW’s long-standing writing course has gone digital and applications are open.

Write to Work is a free 12-week writing development programme delivered online, which develops your writing skills, builds confidence and helps you take the next steps into further education or employment.

This will be a friendly, interactive course delivered by industry professionals through Zoom Video conferencing group workshops. By the end of the course participants’ work is published in an anthology, which will then be sold in local bookstores, Waterstones and online.  

Have you ever wondered how to write for social media or create a successful blog? What about writing for radio or becoming a freelance copy writer? Write to Work is not just your regular writing course, it gives learners the chance to explore a host of writing practises and learn first-hand from successful writers doing those jobs. 

WoW are also pleased to announce that there will be one on one mentoring support for participants.  

Applications are open until Monday 11th January 2021, 12pm

To apply you must be unemployed, have the legal right to live and work in the UK, be 18 years or older, be living in the Liverpool city region (including the areas of Wirral classed as Merseyside). As the course is online you will need access to the internet.
