The first Wirral Health and Care Commissioning Public Question Time of 2019 takes place on Tuesday 5th February 2019 at Heswall Hall (6:30pm-8:00pm) and all are welcome.
We would be very grateful if you could share this information within your organisation and with the members of the public that you work with.
I have attached a poster which you may wish to display. We are also promoting it on facebook and twitter @NHSWirralCCG, and would be grateful for any shares/retweets.
Wirral Health and Care Commissioning (WHCC) is a partnership between NHS Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Wirral Council.
Since May 2018 the two have been working together to plan, design and commission health and care services for Wirral.
This includes the care people receive at hospitals and in community clinics, social care, and initiatives to improve public health. The partnership allows for better joined up working and better value for the people of Wirral.
From 6:30pm-8:00pm on Tuesday 5th February, the leadership team from Wirral Health and Care Commissioning will be at Heswall Hall to answer questions about how health and care services are commissioned in Wirral, and to listen to views on how services are currently working.
The event will be BSL signed.
The February event will begin with an overview of the newly-launched NHS Long Term Plan and what it means for Wirral, followed by questions from the floor and questions submitted in advance. People will then have the opportunity to speak to members of the leadership team on a one-to-one basis over refreshments.
You can also submit a question in advance for any of the Question Time events using the same contact details.
Future Question Time events will be held on:
- Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Bebington Civic Centre – 6:30pm-8:00pm
- Wednesday 5th June 2019 – Birkenhead Town Hall – 6:30pm-8:00pm
