Youth Federation are seeking an Inspirational Support Worker to recruit and deliver a one-to-one intensive intervention and support programme for disadvantaged young people aged 13-19 across Chester and Ellesmere Port who experience multiple problems.
The programme will build the confidence, self-esteem and skills of young people through building relationship and trust between young people and project worker. The successful applicant will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of Youth Federation Aspire programmes across Cheshire West and Chester.
