We’re looking for someone to play a key role within our Information Management team. The successful candidate will maintain, operate and take ownership of the day to day data processes to support the integrity of the information systems supporting the organisational objectives of Claire House. Working within the Corporate Services arm of the organisation, this role will require the successful applicant to focus primarily on our core CRM system to ensure stability and reliability across all relevant departments of the organisation with an initial particular focus on processing all areas of our supporter data.
The information management processes have grown considerably in recent years and are now a pivotal source of supporter data and internal operational procedures. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with the ability to work closely with relevant key system suppliers and alongside Claire House colleagues. Plus a genuine passion and commitment for the cause, possess great attention to detail and have the ability to work on their own initiative where required.
In order to carry out the role successfully, the ideal candidate will need the following skillsets:
- Must have a high level of competence on Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Must have good data entry / administration skills and experience
- Attention to detail, both in the inputting and reviewing of information
- A keen eye for detail
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to identify and resolve data discrepancies

Salary salary: £20,500-£21,600 depending on experience
Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week.
Permanent contract (following an initial 6 month probation period).
