Fire Support Network is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working and empathetic individual to take on the role of Community Support Worker. The Community Support Worker will be responsible for delivering our ‘Remove To Improve’ project.
This is an innovative project, helping individuals that hoard materials in their homes to begin a process of de-cluttering, with an overall aim of improving health and wellbeing.
Developing and maintaining effective partnerships, identifying additional support services and recruiting and supporting volunteers to provide a befriending service are all integral to the role.
The role is initially funded for 12 months and will be reviewed in August, 2016.
