Do you want to be part of an exciting project which aims to make a difference to young children’s life chances? FYT work with young children and their parents/carers, in partnership with early years settings and schools. We are a research project, aiming to influence the early years sector.
Early Years Pedagogical Lead
Full Time £18,000 – £21,000 (depending on experience)
Initial Contract to August 2017
To support the Birkenhead Director in achieving the Foundation Years Trust’s defined outcomes for children and their families. Designing, planning and facilitating parental involvement in their child’s learning and development, using evidenced based pedagogical approaches. Services will be delivered in a variety of early years settings, community venues, schools and children’s own homes across Birkenhead. The role will also support measuring and analysing outcomes on children and their parents.
Family Link Worker – 3 posts
Full Time £16,000 pa.
Initial contract to August 2017
Facilitating and developing parental involvement, providing activities for children and their families to support children’s learning using evidenced based pedagogical approaches. Services will be delivered in a variety of early years settings, community venues, schools and children’s own homes across Birkenhead.
Both posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, full work history check and two appropriate references.
