Citizens Advice are recruiting Advisers and Caseworkers for the Ask Us Wirral service, to allow them to continue to help more Wirral clients during the pandemic.
This exciting role will help people by working as part of a team of staff and volunteers, to provide information and advice by email, telephone, web-chat and Face2Face video conferencing, including outreach (if Covid 19 rules allow).
Skills required include good verbal and written communication skills, ability to use a range of IT systems and accurate recording skills.
