Urban Warriors Guide too:

Psychological, Emotional & Physical health

In the ancient cultures being a warrior wasn’t just about having a strong and healthy body, it was about complete wellbeing.

At best in our western approaches to wellbeing it seems that there are often biases towards mental wellbeing which just focus on meditation and talking therapy or physical wellbeing which just focus on exercise and nutrition.

In this workshop we are going to give you the tools to have what we call complete health.

Looking at:

  • Optimum physical health
  • How to have Inner Peace through meditation
  • Becoming your own healer through connecting to your own innate intuition and wisdom
  • Breaking the cycle of destructive thoughts & emotions
  • Taking back control of your life

Your workshop leaders are:

Jay Dignam ‘Master Personal Trainer’ (Ex Military)

Graeme Waterfield ‘Tai Chi, Yoga & Meditation coach’ (Ex. Lead Mental Health Trainer for MIND)
