Just a quick update to let you know that I have spoken with the Locality Managers, Gateway Support Workers and Team Leader today re: reducing the number of invitations partners are receiving for initial TAF meetings.
Rather than requesting that the Lead Professional invites agencies to the TAF meeting they will recommend that the family are supported to contact the service to discuss whether or not it would be suitable to meeting their needs. I hope this will be helpful to all concerned.
If possible I’d appreciate it if you are able to let people know that this has been addressed and if there continues to be issues with it they can contact me directly.
