Wirral Community NHS Trust has been recognised as one of the country’s best places to work in healthcare for the second year running.
The recognition was made in a list of the 120 best employers in the NHS compiled by the Health Service Journal and their sister title, Nursing Times, in association with NHS Employers Best Places to Work.
To compile the list, Best Companies Group used annual NHS staff survey findings to analyse each organisation across seven core areas, which included corporate culture and communications; leadership and planning; and role satisfaction.
