The conference features a full and varied programme of seminars, panel discussions and speeches on the funding infrastructure for BME-led projects and organisations. It seeks to articulate the value of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) led civil society, engaging with funders and grant-makers of all types and sizes.

Access either the livestream event on 14th & 15th April or the recorded sessions up to a month after conference completion.

You can register here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/shared-futures-funders-funding-and-the-bme-third-sector-tickets-141952827729

Session highlights:

  • The path to sustainability for BME-led organisations: what it really takes.
  • The case for community ownership: examining asset-led development.
  • Powering Research: university-community partnerships and how they work.
  • Speed networking: meeting peers and making friends, breaking the isolation of BME-led work

If you are working on a current funding application, National Lottery Community Fund will be offering informal, confidential feedback sessions with their grant-makers.
