The course is accredited and candidates will receive a certificate, fully funded by the Adult Educational Budget. The course takes place online – candidates must have a smartphone/tablet or computer/laptop and access to the internet.
About the course
The course is delivered by one of our specialist Tutors: The Level 1 Award in Retail & Customer Service is a five session course designed for those are currently in; or want to gain entry to a retail or customer service role, whether face-to-face or on the telephone. It is suitable for all industries and covers Principles of Customer Service – identifying customers and their needs – Principles of Maintaining Customer Service through Effective Handover – Principles of Resolving Customer Service Problems, Retail Selling Process and Stock control.
This would be the perfect course for candidates who want to get back into employment, gaining 5 individual qualifications in 5 sessions.
The candidates must be 19+ and live and work in England.
