PARTNERSHIP DAY : TUESDAY 13 DECEMBER BIRKENHEAD TOWN HALL
As part of the Council’s Customer Experience Transformation Programme, we are looking to identify ways in which we can collaborate with partners to improve the ease with which our customers access services, not just from the Council, but from across the public sector.
We refer to this as ‘Access Wirral’, and we would like you to get involved.
We are holding a facilitated workshop on Tuesday 13 December 9.00am – 4.00pm at Birkenhead Town Hall with representatives from the partnership and larger voluntary/community sector organisations – specifically individuals with a customer services leadership role. This will be our starting point and hopefully allow us to get some commitment and support from partners.
Our intention is that this will take the form of a thought leadership session, focusing on opportunities for the development of a seamless customer contact offering for a range of public and voluntary sector services.
At the conclusion of the workshop, we would hope that each delegate would have:-
- a clear sight of the common issues and the potential for shared working across the public and voluntary sector customer contact services in Wirral.
- a high level roadmap for the development of the Access Wirral Offer – and a view of how this can improve outcomes for their customers.
The Wirral Council Project Team will have:
- a more robust scope for the ‘Access Wirral’ offer, informed by partner views.
- a coalition of individuals and organisations committed to supporting the next stages of development
- a roadmap for the development of the Access Wirral Offer
I do hope you are able to join us at this most important strategic day and look forward to an early response.
Can you kindly confirm your attendance to Tessa Woodhouse ([email protected] ) on or before Thursday 8 December.
