As the Lead Charity on behalf of regional NHS Charities, Alder Hey Children’s Charity are delighted to be hosting an Open Call for implementation proposals, for funding through NHS Charities Together Stage 2 Community Partnership Grant.
They would like to support delivery across Cheshire and Merseyside which deliver against one of these 3 priority areas.
- Community Outreach
Community-based outreach activities to effectively engage with deprived and otherwise hidden communities
- Mental Well-being
Place-based solutions to improve mental well-being
- Healthy at Home
Piloting “Healthy at Home” models of support delivered through Community Partners
