Nichola Sims
Nichola is the Training Manager for ILM, having worked in the charity sector since 1993, and in the legacy sector for over 20 years. Having worked for The Salvation Army and Diabetes UK as well as freelance work for numerous national and local charities, she is especially keen to share best practice in legacy management, something which she believes can be seen and learnt from charities of all sizes and causes.
Gaynor Jackson
Gaynor has more than 20 years of experience working with charity legacy officers. Gaynor recalls that her first charity legacy meeting was with the late, great Hector Mullins who was instrumental in introducing Gaynor to the wider charity legacy community.
Gaynor advises charities on a wide range of legacy issues including trust and estate disputes, inheritance claims and accounting for estate administrations where there may be a problem with regard to fees, the burden of tax or a failure by the executors or trustees to properly account for the funds due.
Gaynor is recognised as a leading expert in independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and is a recognised Private Client expert in Legal Experts Directory 2011.
