Post-Covid-19 syndrome is a new condition that emerged during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic.
The syndrome presents signs and symptoms that develop during or following an infection consistent with Covid-19 and continues for more than 12 weeks.
NHSE/I have a grant for £150k for a VCSE organisation to provide coordinated support to those suffering from Post-Covid-19 Syndrome (with or without a formal diagnosis).
The grant will fund the VCSE sector to provide coordinated support to those suffering the effects of Covid-19 for a prolonged length of time.
