New Ferry Rangers Community Clubhouse Open Event – 27th March 2020

The New Ferry Community Clubhouse project (based around Bebington Youth Club in New Ferry) has recently received support for £650,000 capital funding from Wirral Council.

This commitment along with other external funding (i.e. Sport England paying for the installation of a flood lit 3G pitch) means the project is in its final development stages, with a view to a new community facility opening in less than 12 months.

The charity running the new facility, New Ferry Rangers CIO, will be holding a working lunch stakeholder event at the youth club; 12:30-14:30, Friday 27th March (lunch will be provided). This will be an opportunity to see the “before” by visiting the site as is and to better understand the “after” through a presentation explaining the vision for the new facility and its associated offer.

The new facility will have a café, fully kitted out gym, 3G pitch and rooms that can be utilised for quieter group/one to one sessions.

If you are looking at a physical activity offer for your staff, volunteers or the people who utilise your organisation, pop along to see in finer detail the opportunities available.
