Job opportunity for an experienced Fundraiser – Deadline 1st September 2017

We are looking for an experienced Fundraiser to join our small team. Fundraising is a new area of development for the charity so we need a self-starter who will thrive in establishing new relationships with funders.

Chapter is a mental health charity working with adults with a long-term and severe diagnosis. We need a Fundraiser with drive, who isn’t phased by needing to secure salary costs and core costs against a realistic target.

You’ll be happy to work with a Chief Officer who has lots of fundraising experience but whose time needs to be focused elsewhere.

You’ll think it’s exciting that we don’t have any relationships set up locally with anyone, and that whilst we expect you to raise the majority of your target through grants, some of your target can be achieved through individuals, corporates or events if this interests you.

We’re interested in hearing from someone who knows they can hit targets and who can present to us at interview with a realistic plan of how they’re going to secure the funds.

Salary IRO £28,000. For more information, please email to request the person spec and application form.  Closing date for applications: 5pm Friday 1st September 2017. Interviews will be conducted on Monday 11th September 2017.
