Help for customers of United Utilities whose income has been affected by Covid-19

0

United Utilities are providing additional support to their customers across the North West who have been affected financially by Covid-19 and are struggling with their water bills.

Their ‘Back on Track’ scheme was already in place to help customers on low incomes who receive benefits or tax credits to reduce their water bill.

United Utilities have listened to external feedback and extended the scheme to include customers who are in receipt of specific benefits and have been furloughed or made redundant due to coronavirus.

To help during this difficult time, United Utilities are reducing their water bill payments up to end of March 2021.

For further details about the scheme you can download the full application pack from the United Utilities website here.

To apply to the Back on Track scheme, either call on 0800 072 6765 or complete their online form here.

Successful applicants will be put on one of the 6 BOY bands for their 2020/2021 charges only.
