As its the start of the new year, maybe you are looking to develop and progress yours or your teams skills and knowledge, but not enough training budget in the pot!
NTG Training have a range of development programmes that will enhance and develop your team’s skills and knowledge. The programmes they can offer at no cost to the company are:
- Management level 3,4,5
- Team leadership level 2
- Business and Administration level 2,3
- Customer service level 2,3
- Health and Social Care level 2,3,5
- Children and young peoples work force level 2,3
- Warehouse Level 2,3
- Manufacturing level 2,3
- Housing level 2,3
These are all work-based programmes that include Maths, English and IT if not already achieved.
To benefit from the funding you must meet the required criteria:
- Must be aged 16 -65
- Not on another funded programme
- Be able to meet with your assessor at least once a month in the work place
- Have support from the manager to gain/ complete the qualification
