We all work within legal frameworks when managing volunteers, but how do we make sure that we are meeting the formal legal requirements?

In this short workshop we will look at how you work with your volunteers, including:

• Difference between employees and volunteers
• What safeguarding requirements needs to be in place
• How equalities legislation impacts on volunteering
• The impact of welfare legislation, how to address the challenges

Please note that if you are unable to attend once you have booked onto the workshop and have not given us 24 hours notice we will be invoicing your organisation for a £10 administration fee.
