Are you new to the business of recruiting trustees for your organisation?
This workshop is aimed at trustees, volunteers or staff members who would be involved in the process of recruiting new trustees to their organisation and would also be responsible for making sure that the new trustees have a robust induction process. This workshop is aimed at people who have little or no experience of this process and want to have an in-depth starting point.
The morning will cover:
- Planning the process
- Preparing the board for a new trustee
- Preparing a role description
- Promoting the role
- The selection process
- The appointment process
- The induction process
- Evaluating the success of the process.
