Wirral Council has published its decision on the Neighbourhood Development Plan for Devonshire Park.
Under the Localism Act 2011, new powers have been given to communities to have a bigger say on the planning policies that operate within their areas.
In this regard, the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan for Devonshire Park has now passed its independent examination, subject to some minor modifications, and the Council has published its decisions in response to the report of the independent examiner.
A copy of the modified documents that are necessary to comply with the relevant legal requirements before the plan is submitted to a local referendum can now be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.wirral.gov.uk/my-services/environment-and-planning/planning/local-development-framework/neighbourhood-planning.
