The Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) is an independent Westminster-based think tank who recommend poverty-fighting policy to government.
They are conducting research into the impact of community engagement – the regular participation in local networks of people – on individuals living in deprived areas. The three chosen areas of study are Birkenhead, Clacton and The Rhondda Valley. The line of inquiry is purposefully broad as it enables the CSJ to be led by stories from the frontline.
Your answers will inform place-based focus group work which will commence in March. The data may appear in the publication of this research in a report, but no individual organisations will be identified. The CSJ would be most grateful if the survey could be completed by mid-day Monday 4th March 2019.
Please do not hesitate to contact the CSJ’s lead researcher Imogen Sinclair should you have any questions.
