Through the main CAF Venturesome funds we provide affordable finance to charities and social enterprises to:
- create long-term sustainability for their organisation
- develop capacity and capability
- build a trading arm to generate income
We provide comprehensive support to the charities and social enterprises we work with throughout the entire process:
- Hundreds of charities and social enterprises contact us each year.
- We then conduct detailed due diligence on organisations which meet the criteria, including visiting the organisation and meeting senior management.
- An independent investment committee approves the finance application.
- Once finance is provided, we stay in regular contact with the organisation and offer support throughout the lifetime of the loan.
