The Liverpool City Region (LCR) Community Project works with local groups, non-profit organisations and social enterprises to support local communities to consider sustainable transport as potential solutions for travelling for work, training and for accessing life-enhancing opportunities. You can apply for day Solo bus tickets and Weekly Solo bus tickets for your beneficiaries.
The LCR Communities Team can offer support for your organisation to:-
- Increase pre-employment activities
- Increase training/employment/volunteering opportunities
- Reduce social isolation and encourage communities to broaden ‘travel horizons’ and access opportunity to increase life-chances
- Increase health and wellbeing of participants through active travel
