NHS Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group would like to invite you (or a member of your organisation) to help us to assess whether we, as an NHS body, are treating all patients and public in a fair way. To do this we have arranged an “Annual Equalities Grading Event” to take place as follows:

Time: 10.30 – 2.30pm
Venue: Old Market House, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 5FL
At the event we will present examples of how we have worked to address the needs of our diverse population and you will be invited to provide feedback in relation to how well you think we are doing in this area. Following the event an action plan will be developed to address any issues raised. NHS Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group buys health services for the people of the Wirral. It’s our job to make sure that local people have the health services they need and that services are safe and deliver high quality care.
It is very important to us to hear the views of organisations and groups representing the diverse communities of Wirral. The Annual Equalities Public Grading Event is central to our commitment to identifying and addressing challenges and making improvements to local healthcare provision for the coming year.
