Face 2 Face North West
Face 2 Face is a free Befriending service run by Scope offering emotional/practical support to a parent/carer of a child with any additional need/disability diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Our support is delivered by trained parent volunteers we call Befrienders, every Befriender is a parent too who understands the challenges you may face. They are there for you if you want to laugh or cry. It can be a lonely and isolating journey at times, being able to meet another parent who has been through a similar journey who can offer support and understanding through a difficult time can make a difference, just to know the feelings you have are normal and other parents feel them to.
