Volunteering opportunities event at The University of Liverpool on the 26th October 2016

Students from the University of Liverpool’s Department of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology are looking to engage in volunteering with non-profit organisations.  If you would be interested in having a student volunteer for you we would like to invite you to our event to meet students and show-case volunteering opportunities in your organisation. We are looking to hold our event 26th October 3pm to 5pm and ask for a small fee of £10 per organisation.

This is an opportunity to secure a minimum of 48 hours volunteering with an organisation like yours.  This will be in combination with their academic study of organisation and managing perspectives within the non-profit sector. The event will be held in the department of sociology where eager students will network and talk to third sector organisations and we will provide a buffet and refreshments.

If you would like to attend this event please contact Natasha Caplan – Student Placement & Employability Manager on [email protected] if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to email or call me on 0151 794 9866. Please see attached flyer for further details.
