Vacancy: Information Systems Analyst/Administrator (12 months maternity cover) at Claire House Children’s Hospice


A maternity cover opportunity has arisen for an Information Systems Analyst / Administrator (Wirral based) to join our Information Management team. The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time as we expand our children’s hospice service in Liverpool. Hours of work 37.5 hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

We are looking for someone to work within our Information Management team to help develop, maintain, operate and improve the quality of the information systems supporting the organisational objectives of Claire House Children’s Hospice. Working within the Corporate Services arm of the organisation, this role will require the successful applicant to focus primarily on our HR and payroll systems to ensure stability and reliability across all relevant departments of the organisation with an initial particular focus on working with our HR & payroll teams. The information management processes have grown considerably in recent years and are now a pivotal source of supporter data and internal operational procedures. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, have the ability to work closely with relevant key system suppliers and alongside Claire House colleagues. You will need to have a genuine passion and commitment for the cause, possess great attention to detail and have the ability to work on your own initiative where required.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team, with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the Information Management department once the initial maternity cover contract has come to an end (subject to funding).

Salary: £19,100
