PH Holt Foundation – Meet the Funder/’Small Fundraisers’ Network Event on the 16th November 2017

Meet the Funder Event 10 am to 11 am

If you are thinking of applying to the PH Holt Foundation for funding then join us on Thursday, 16th November 2017 in the Hughes Room to hear an update on their current grant programme.

Anne Edwards from the PH Holt Foundation will present information and criteria for submitting applications to the Foundation, and then organisations will have the opportunity to ask any questions.

The Foundation provides grants to small and medium-sized charities which work to change peoples’ lives and develop flourishing communities across one or more of the five Merseyside Boroughs. They give to a range of causes which enable individuals to make a real contribution to where they live, and whereas a grant-maker they can add value and impact. These include community, education, the arts, heritage, and environmental programmes. Their mission is to help make Merseyside a better place to live.

The PH Holt Foundation will fund registered charities in Wirral and is especially interested in hearing from small registered charities that would not normally think of applying to the Fund.

The event will take place in the Hughes Room, The Lauries, 142 Claughton Road, Birkenhead, CH41 6EY.

‘Small Fundraisers’ Peer Network meeting.  All are welcome. 11 am to 12:30 pm

Anne has agreed to stay and chat to the ‘Small Fundraisers’ group about their projects and ideas.  The peer network will also share their own tips and experiences.

The ‘Small Fundraisers’ peer group is a Fundraiser’s network, primarily aimed at small organisations where Fundraisers often work alone, this network provides them with opportunities for mentoring, peer support and a forum to share their experience.
