Internet use for the silver surfers have trebled since 2011. With almost 50% of people over the age of 65 internet users. This number is ever increasing and for many, the internet is a method of communication with family and friends. Being online can help with day to day jobs and can offer a way of shopping or banking however all of these opportunities are also fraught with safety issues. This workshop will help you with hints and tips to keep safe on the internet and offer support with internet browsing whilst offering the opportunity to make new friends.
